A Tribute to Dan M. Hunter – Immediate Past President, Meriden Rotary Club

The Meriden Rotary Club mourns the loss of a member who truly understood the organization's motto of Service Above Self. Dan Hunter's passion for giving back was admirable, but the positive and spirited manner in which he performed every project, fundraiser, and act of kindness is what truly set him apart. Dan's ability to make "service" an energizing and motivating call to action was an inspiration to our club and to the community that we all serve.

Dan Hunter was a great Rotarian, a compassionate friend and a shining example for all of us to follow for years to come. Dan's legacy to us goes beyond the good deeds he has accomplished. He has set a tone for Rotarians now and in the future to do more and be more.
